Caryl Capeci is a transformational leader and category expert in luxury retail, Fine Jewelry and Swiss Watches. She is the SVPof Fine Jewelry and Watches at Starboard,where she leads the brand partnershipsand growth strategy for these categoriesacross the expansive Starboard fleet of 90+ Cruiseships. Prior to entering the world of travel retail, Caryl spent the last 15 years leading the diamond jewelry brand Hearts On Fire, first as President and then as the North American CEO of Hong Kong based Chow Tai Fook, after their 2014 acquisition of Hearts On Fire. Her career began in advertising and marketing with DeBeers Diamonds and later in the Cruise category, working closely with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruiselines.

Caryl has served on multiple industry boards, including The American Gem Society, The Jewelers of America, and Diamonds Do Good, is a member of the24 Karat Club of the City of New York, and is a past recipient of the Women’s Jewelry Association Visionary Award.
