About

The Melia Barcelona Sky puts the 2024 Cruise Conference in a vibrant area of Barcelona, Poblenou, bordering the Mediterranean Sea to the South.

Considered "one of the best areas in the city", the district ensures prime positioning for the conference attendees, offering green parks and many kilometers of beaches, and is situated a short distance from central Barcelona, boasting quick and easy reach to the city central's finest dining and tourist destinations.

Getting here

Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) sits just 15KM (10 miles) from the Meliá Barcelona Sky, approx. a 30 min car/taxi ride away. 

From the airport, you can easily reach the hotel by Train and Metro:

  • Take the train from the airport for around 30 mins and alight at El Clot-Aragó Railway Station. 
  • From El Clot-Aragó Railway Station, you can either enjoy scenic 20 min walk to the hotel or hop on the V25 bus to Museu Can Framis. After alighting the bus, the walk to the hotel is reduced to just 10 minutes. 

Going somewhere other than the airport during your stay? The closest Metro Station is Poblenou, or you can head back to El Clot-Aragó Railway Station to journey out of El Poblenou.

The hotel is well connected to main roads in and out of the city and is just a 30 Minute Taxi / Car journey to BCN airport.
